Rabbit Anti-IQGAP1 Recombinant Antibody (clone R01-9S9)

The rabbit recombinant antibody specifically recognizes IQGAP1 (IQ motif containing GTPase activating protein 1), which plays a crucial role in regulating the dynamics and assembly of the actin cytoskeleton. It specifically reacts with human and mouse IQGAP1. It has been tested using Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin, Flow cytometry, Immunocytochemistry or Immunofluorescence. The recommended dilutions of Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin, Flow cytometry and Immunofluorescence is 1/500-1/1000, 1/50-1/100, 1/50-1/100 and 1/50-1/200, respectively.
