The Rabbit Anti-IRAK1 Recombinant Antibody is specific for human and mouse IRAK1. IRAK1 is significant in interleukin receptor signaling, contributing to inflammatory factor activation with alternative splicing yielding isoform diversity impacting immune responses. The anti-IRAK1 antibody can be used for Western blot (1/500-1/2000), Immunohistochemistry-paraffin (1/100-1/200).

Phosphorylates E3 ubiquitin ligases Pellino proteins (PELI1, PELI2 and PELI3) to promote pellino-mediated polyubiquitination of IRAK1.
