Mouse Anti-KLB Recombinant Antibody (clone A1) (CAT#: HPAB-M0131-YC)
This product is an antibody capable of being specifically combined with human beta-Klotho receptor. The binding activities of this mAb to KLB were examined by ELISA and FC. This antibody can substantially activate β-Klotho/FGFR1c coreceptors signal in cellular level. It can increase intracellular Erk phosphorylation.
