The CytoStream™ Rabbit Anti-KLK5 Recombinant Antibody is specific for human and mouse KLK5. KLK5, part of the kallikrein serine proteases subfamily, is involved in physiological and carcinogenetic functions, showing upregulation by estrogens and progestins. It may play a role in epidermal desquamation with several transcript variants encoding the same protein. The anti-KLK5 antibody was developed and selected by our CytoStream™ platform and the mAb is recommended for use in flow cytometry staining (1/50-1/100).
