The KRAS antibody (VS-0126-FY216) is a high-affinity Human monoclonal antibody developed for specific detection of inhibited KRAS complexes. Generated using purified antigen, it exhibits nanomolar affinity for ARS1620 complexes. It is validated for ELISA, FC, and IP, recognizing the drug-hapten moiety independently of the peptide carrier. With demonstrated reactivity in Human, this antibody serves as a reliable tool for research into covalent KRAS inhibitors and evaluating the therapeutic targeting of oncogenic GTPases in cancer.
