Immunofluorescence staining of 293T cells transfected with ZG-0244U at 1:100, counter-stained with DAPI. The cells were fixed in 4% formaldehyde and blocked in 10% normal Goat Serum. The cells were then incubated with the antibody overnight at 4°C. The secondary antibody was Alexa Fluor 488-congugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L). The image on the right is the 293T cells transfected without lacZ antibody

Overlay histogram showing 293T transfected cells (red line) or untransfected cells (green line) stained with ZG-0244U at 1:200. The cells were incubated in 1x PBS /10% normal goat serum to block non-specific protein-protein interactions followed by primary antibody for 1 h at 4°C. The secondary antibody used was FITC goat anti-mouse IgG(H+L) at 1/200 dilution for 1 h at 4°C.

For western blotting, the blot was detected with ZG-0244U at 1:2000, and a HRP-conjugated Protein G antibody was used as the secondary antibody at 1:2000
