This product is a recombinant human antibody that recognizes LAM. The antibody has strong LAM-binding activity. It can be an IgM or IgA antibody. The IgM form had a higher activity, while the IgG form was inactive in an ELISA against mannose-capped lipoarabinomannan (ManLAM).
