Human Anti-LCAT Agonistic Antibody (clone 18E5) (CAT#: VS-0724-XY62)
This antibody is capable of binding to and agonizing a circulating enzyme lecithin cholesterol acyltransferase (LCAT). It recognizes and binds to human and cynomolgus monkey LCTA. It hold potential for therapeutic development for the treatment of dyslipidemia and cardiovascular disease. It has been reported for use in ELISA, Surface Plasmon Resonance and Agonistic assays.
