CytoStream™ Rabbit Anti-LDHB Recombinant Antibody (VS13-YC651)

The CytoStream™ Rabbit Anti-LDHB Recombinant Antibody is specific for human and mouse LDHB. LDHB encodes the B subunit of lactate dehydrogenase, catalyzing lactate-pyruvate interconversion. Mutations relate to LDH B deficiency, with variants like a C-terminally extended version in peroxisomes. The anti-LDHB antibody was developed and selected by our CytoStream™ platform and the mAb is recommended for use in flow cytometry staining (1/50-1/100).
