Mouse Anti-LGALS2 Recombinant Antibody (LG191)

The anti-LGALS2 recombinant antibody (LG191) reacts with human LGALS2. LGALS2 is a soluble S-type lectin with affinity for β-galactosides. It is primarily expressed in the gastrointestinal tract and the cardiovascular system. LGALS2 signaling modulates the inflammatory response and induces apoptosis in activated T-cells; a genetic polymorphism in LGALS2 is associated with susceptibility to myocardial infarction. The anti-LGALS2 antibody (LG191) has been tested in Immunohistochemistry (IHC), Immunoprecipitation (IP) and Western Blot (WB).
