Recombinant Anti-LGALS9 Eliminating Antibody, pH-Sensitive (VS-0625-YC206)

The anti-LGALS9 eliminating antibody is an engineered pH-sensitive antibody against human LGALS9. LGALS9 is a lectin overexpressed in certain diseases, affecting cell interactions. The antibody has a novel LGALS9-sweeping activity in vivo, which selectively eliminatesthe soluble LGALS9 from plasma. Compared to conventional antibody, the mAb exerted in vivo efficacy by simultaneously engineering both pH-dependent antigen binding, to mimic the pH-dependent receptor-ligand binding of such endocytic receptors, and increased FcRn binding affinity at neutral pH, to mimic the cell-bound form of the receptors.
