Rabbit Anti-LTK Recombinant Antibody (clone R02-8A4)

The R02-8A4 recombinant monoclonal antibody is able to identify human LTK. It cross-reacts with rat. It is suitable for use in a variety of assays, including WB, IHC-P. This LTK antibody is guaranteed for western blot analysis of LTK in A549, HL-60, U2OS, C6 lysates and immunohistochemistry analysis of paraffin-embedded human lung cancer.

- Receptor with a tyrosine-protein kinase activity.
Following activation by ALKAL1 or ALKAL2 ligands at the cell surface, transduces an extracellular signal into an intracellular response.
Ligand-binding to the extracellular domain induces tyrosine kinase activation, leading to activation of the mitogen-activated protein kinase (MAPK) pathway.
