SmartAb™ Recombinant Anti-LYPD3 pH-dependent Antibody (VS-0825-YC245)

The anti-LYPD3 pH-dependent antibody (VS-0825-YC245) is a pH-responsive antibody engineered to target both human and mouse LYPD3. This pH-switched monoclonal antibody (mAb) was developed by incorporating histidine residues into its variable regions, which results in pH-biased binding to LYPD3. By leveraging the natural pH variations in different tissues and cellular compartments, this pH-responsive antibody facilitates precise targeting of LYPD3 on cells and tissues. Human LYPD3 is a GPI-anchored cell surface protein involved in cell adhesion. It is overexpressed in certain cancers, making it a potential therapeutic target for diseases such as squamous cell carcinoma.
