Mouse Anti-M6PR Recombinant Antibody (VS-0326-YC1187)

This product is an anti-M6PR antibody panel that contains two antibodies targeting M6PR. M6PR is a transmembrane transport receptor that recognizes proteins tagged with mannose-6-phosphate in the Golgi. It delivers these acid hydrolases to the pre-lysosomal compartment. M6PR signaling ensures the proper biogenesis of lysosomes; its dysfunction leads to the extracellular secretion of enzymes and lysosomal storage defects. Two monoclonal antibodies, VS-0326-YC350 and VS-0326-YC351, directed against M6PR were used for in vitro assays including Enzyme-linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA), Immunocytochemistry (ICC), Immunohistochemistry (IHC), Flow Cytometry (FC) and Western Blot (WB).
