Mouse Anti-MAP3K1 Recombinant Antibody (MA630)

The anti-MAP3K1 recombinant antibody (MA630) reacts with human MAP3K1. MAP3K1 (MEKK1) is a large signaling scaffold and E3 ubiquitin ligase that activates the JNK and ERK pathways. It is essential for the cellular response to stress and pro-inflammatory cytokines. Mutations in MAP3K1 are common in breast cancer and are also a cause of 46,XY disorders of sex development. The anti-MAP3K1 antibody (MA630) has been tested in Immunohistochemistry (IHC).
