CytoStream™ Rabbit Anti-MBD3 Recombinant Antibody (VS13-YC708) (CAT#: VS13-YC708)
The CytoStream™ Rabbit Anti-MBD3 Recombinant Antibody is specific for human, mouse and rat MBD3. MBD3 is part of a family with methyl-CpG binding domains but cannot bind methylated DNA. It's a subunit of the NuRD complex with remodeling and deacetylase activities and mediates metastasis-associated protein 2 with deacetylase complexes. The anti-MBD3 antibody was developed and selected by our CytoStream™ platform and the mAb is recommended for use in flow cytometry staining (1/50-1/100).
