Mouse Anti-MLH3 Recombinant Antibody (ML1040)

The anti-MLH3 recombinant antibody (ML1040) reacts with human MLH3. MLH3 is a component of the DNA mismatch repair (MMR) system. It forms a heterodimer with MLH1 (MutLgamma) and is involved in the repair of specific insertion/deletion loops. MLH3 signaling is also critical for meiotic recombination; mutations are associated with hereditary non-polyposis colorectal cancer (Lynch syndrome) and infertility. The anti-MLH3 antibody (ML1040) has been tested in Immunohistochemistry (IHC).
