Utilizing deep learning-assisted design, the anti-MLLT10 antibody ensures robust detection of MLLT10 across multiple mammalian species. MLLT10 (also known as AF10) is a critical cofactor for the histone methyltransferase DOT1L. It directs the recruitment of DOT1L to specific gene loci to catalyze the H3K79 methylation mark. This interaction is a central driver of the Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway and is frequently hijacked in MLL-rearranged leukemias to maintain an aberrant "pro-self-renewal" transcriptional program.
