Mouse Anti-MLXIPL Recombinant Antibody (ML991)

The anti-MLXIPL recombinant antibody (ML991) reacts with human MLXIPL. MLXIPL (ChREBP) is a glucose-responsive transcription factor. In response to high glucose, it translocates to the nucleus to activate genes involved in de novo lipogenesis and glycolysis in the liver and adipose tissue. ChREBP signaling is a major regulator of systemic lipid homeostasis and a driver of hepatic steatosis. The anti-MLXIPL antibody (ML991) has been tested in Enzyme-linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA) and Immunocytochemistry (ICC).
