Figure 1 Mouse mAbs targeting PSMP (3D5, 4E7, and 2G11) were applied in the chemotaxis assay.
PSMP (7, 70, or 700 ng/ml) was pretreated with 3D5, 4E7, or 2G11 (10 or 50 µg/ml) for 30 min, and the chemotaxis index and the significant difference were calculated.

Before stimulating PC3 cells with PSMP, the PSMP protein was treated with mouse mAbs against PSMP (3D5 or 4E7), or PC3 cells were treated with the CCR2B inhibitor RS102895. The p-ERK and ERK1/2 levels were detected by Western blot after stimulation.
