Mouse Anti-MSR1 Recombinant Antibody (MS360)

The anti-MSR1 recombinant antibody (MS360) reacts with human MSR1. MSR1 (CD204) is a trimeric membrane glycoprotein on macrophages that binds and internalizes modified low-density lipoproteins (oxLDL). It also recognizes various pathogens and apoptotic cells. MSR1 signaling is central to the development of atherosclerotic foam cells and modulates the innate immune response to bacterial and viral infections. The anti-MSR1 antibody (MS360) has been tested in Enzyme-linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA), Flow Cytometry (FC) and Western Blot (WB).
