Recombinant Anti-MST1 Eliminating Antibody, pH-Sensitive (C15.2 var.)

The anti-MST1 eliminating antibody is an engineered pH-sensitive antibody against mouse MST1. MST1 is a protein with kringle domains, associated with motility and activation of lung cells. The antibody has a novel MST1-sweeping activity in vivo, which selectively eliminatesthe soluble MST1 from plasma. Compared to conventional antibody, the mAb exerted in vivo efficacy by simultaneously engineering both pH-dependent antigen binding, to mimic the pH-dependent receptor-ligand binding of such endocytic receptors, and increased FcRn binding affinity at neutral pH, to mimic the cell-bound form of the receptors.
