Human Anti-MST1 Recombinant Antibody (clone chC15.2); Fab Fragment

Provided is a neutralizing monoclonal antibody chC15.2 Fab fragment to Macrophage Stimulating Protein (MSP). chC15.2 Fab fragment blocks binding of MSP to its receptor RON. The chC15.2 is produced by cloning of the light and heavy chain variable regions of the C15.2 mAb, and construction and expression as a chimeric antibody.
