Figure 1 MUC 13 MAb for Western blotting of transfected cell lines.
Total cell lysate of transfected cell lines were separated in SDS-PAGE gel under reducing conditions. The proteins were transferred to a PVDF membrane and probed with anti-MUC13 MAb. All three MAb (C14, C18 and SEA113) were specific to MUC13. β-actin was used a control.
