Mouse Anti-MYO6 Recombinant Antibody (MY1061)

The anti-MYO6 recombinant antibody (MY1061) reacts with human MYO6. MYO6 is a unique molecular motor that moves toward the "minus end" of actin filaments. It is involved in endocytic trafficking and the structural maintenance of stereocilia in the inner ear. MYO6 signaling is essential for auditory function; mutations cause both dominant and recessive forms of deafness. It is also overexpressed in prostate cancer. The anti-MYO6 antibody (MY1061) has been tested in Immunohistochemistry (IHC), Immunoprecipitation (IP) and Western Blot (WB).
