Rabbit Anti-NDUFAF1 Recombinant Antibody (clone R04-2J6) (CAT#: VS3-FY1787)
This R04-2J6 recombinant monoclonal antibody has been genetically engineered to specifically target human NDUFAF1. It cross-reacts with mouse, rat. It is suitable for use in a variety of assays, including WB, IHC-F, IHC-P, ICC/IF, IP. It is advised to dilute the sample for improved detectability by western blot (dilution 1/500-1/1000), immunohistochemistry (dilution 1/50-1/100), immunofluorescence (dilution 1/50-1/200), immunoprecipitation (dilution 1/20). The binding specificity of the NDUFAF1 antibody was determined using western blot analysis of NDUFAF1 in K562, Hela lysates.
We specialize in custom recombinant antibody production, offering seamless execution from provided sequences to high-quality antibody deliverables, ensuring optimal yield and purity.
