AibGenesis™ Rabbit Anti-NDUFS2 Recombinant Antibody (AibG-Rb-FS271)

Engineered for high specificity via deep learning, the anti-NDUFS2 mAb offers robust affinity for NDUFS2 in human, mouse, and rat. NDUFS2 is a core subunit of Mitochondrial Complex I (NADH:Ubiquinone Oxidoreductase). It forms the catalytic heart of the enzyme where electron transfer occurs. It is a critical sensor in the hypoxia-inducible factor (HIF) signaling axis, where its redox state influences the production of reactive oxygen species (ROS) that signal cellular adaptation to low oxygen.
