Rabbit Anti-NFYA Recombinant Antibody (VS13-YC804) (CAT#: VS13-YC804)
The Rabbit Anti-NFYA Recombinant Antibody is specific for human, mouse and rat NFYA. NFYA encodes a subunit of a transcription factor complex binding CCAAT motifs, involving several isoforms due to alternative splicing. As the regulatory subunit, it determines complex specificity for DNA binding and transcription activation, affecting various gene expressions. The anti-NFYA antibody can be used for Western blot (1/500-1/1000), Immunoprecipitation (1/20).
We specialize in custom recombinant antibody production, offering seamless execution from provided sequences to high-quality antibody deliverables, ensuring optimal yield and purity.
