The AbPlus Anti-NGFR Magnetic Beads (VS-0724-YC1307) is an innovative affinity resin which is bound with anti-NGFR specific antibody. The beads were designed for small-scale affinity purification and immunoprecipitation (IP) of NGFR protein under native and denaturing conditions.

- Nerve growth factor receptor contains an extracellular domain containing four 40-amino acid repeats with 6 cysteine residues at conserved positions followed by a serine/threonine-rich region, a single transmembrane domain, and a 155-amino acid cytoplasmic domain.
