The Rabbit Anti-NKX2-1 Recombinant Antibody is specific for human and hamster NKX2-1. NKX2-1 is a thyroid-specific transcription factor regulating thyroid genes and morphogenesis-related genes. Mutations associate with diseases like benign hereditary chorea and cancers. It has multiple transcript variants. The anti-NKX2-1 antibody can be used for Western blot (1/500-1/1000), Immunofluorescence (1/50-1/200).
