Developed through sophisticated AI architectures, this mAb ensures robust detection of NPR2 in human, mouse, and rat orthologs. NPR2 is the primary receptor for C-type natriuretic peptide (CNP). Upon ligand binding, its intracellular guanylyl cyclase domain generates cGMP, which activates Protein Kinase G (PKG). This pathway is the master regulator of longitudinal bone growth and oocyte meiotic arrest.
