Recombinant Anti-NTN1 Eliminating Antibody, pH-Sensitive (VS-0625-YC242)

The anti-NTN1 eliminating antibody is an engineered pH-sensitive antibody against human NTN1. NTN1 is involved in axon guidance, with mutations linked to cancer development. The antibody has a novel NTN1-sweeping activity in vivo, which selectively eliminatesthe soluble NTN1 from plasma. Compared to conventional antibody, the mAb exerted in vivo efficacy by simultaneously engineering both pH-dependent antigen binding, to mimic the pH-dependent receptor-ligand binding of such endocytic receptors, and increased FcRn binding affinity at neutral pH, to mimic the cell-bound form of the receptors.
