Effective For PA Detection
We utilized this recombinant Chimpanzee scFv fragment for our ELISA assays targeting Bacillus anthracis PA. The antibody demonstrated high specificity for the 83-kDa protective antigen, and the purity levels, determined by SDS-PAGE to be greater than 95%, ensured consistent results across our experimental replicates without significant background noise.
Reliable Neutralization Studies
Our lab purchased clone W1 for neutralization assays involving anthrax toxin components. This anti-PA scFv fragment performed exceptionally well as an entry inhibitor in our research models.
