The CytoStream™ Rabbit Anti-PARP1 Recombinant Antibody is specific for human PARP1. PARP1 encodes a poly(ADP-ribosyl)transferase regulating cellular processes like differentiation and DNA repair, with implications in Fanconi anemia and diabetes pathophysiology. The anti-PARP1 antibody was developed and selected by our CytoStream™ platform and the mAb is recommended for use in flow cytometry staining (1/50-1/100).
