Rabbit Anti-PDHB Recombinant Antibody (clone R08-6I2)

This product is a recombinant rabbit antibody binding to PDHB (Pyruvate dehydrogenase E1 subunit beta). This antibody specifically recognizes human PDHB. It also has cross-reactivity against mouse and rat PDHB. It has been detected by Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin, Immunoprecipitation, Flow cytometry, Immunocytochemistry or Immunofluorescence. The recommended dilutions of Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin, Immunoprecipitation, Flow cytometry and Immunofluorescence is 1/500-1/1000, 1/50-1/100, 1/20, 1/50-1/100 and 1/50-1/200, respectively.
