Rabbit Anti-PELP1 Recombinant Antibody (clone R08-7B6) (CAT#: VS3-XY3461)
The recombinant rabbit antibody is specific for PELP1 (Proline, glutamate and leucine rich protein 1), which plays a role in estrogen receptor (ER) genomic activity. The antibody specifically reacts with human PELP1. It has been tested using Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin, Flow cytometry, Immunocytochemistry or Immunofluorescence. The recommended dilutions of Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin, Flow cytometry and Immunofluorescence is 1/500-1/1000, 1/50-1/100, 1/50-1/100 and 1/50-1/200, respectively.
