- Biolayer interferometry (BLI) experiments were conducted to determine the specificity and binding kinetics of antibody clone 663 for Pf CSP (7G8 strain). Antibody 663 protected the majority of mice from Plasmodium infection and substantially reduced hepatocyte infection.
