This product is a rabbit recombinant antibody that is specific to phosphorylated PML. The target of this antibody is phospho-PML (Ser518). The clone R01-3D1 can be used in WB analysis at a dilution of 1/500-1/1000 and IHC staining at a dilution of 1/50-1/100. The molecular weight of PML (pSer518) observed in WB experiments using this antibody is 98-117 kDa.
