Visualizing PML Bodies
Clone 29B8 is the gold standard for visualizing PML nuclear bodies, and this recombinant version does not disappoint. We used it for high-resolution confocal microscopy, and the punctate nuclear staining was sharp and bright. It allowed us to count PML bodies accurately in response to arsenic trioxide treatment. A must-have reagent for anyone studying nuclear architecture and stress bodies.
Consistent Nuclear Marker
We used this Recombinant Anti-PML Antibody to mark nuclear sub-compartments in our DNA damage repair studies. The antibody is very specific and works well in combination with other nuclear markers.
