Great for Functional Studies
We used this mouse IgM antibody for functional studies involving Periostin. It recognized the recombinant fragments of human periostin effectively. The antibody is stable and provided reproducible data, which is critical for our extracellular matrix research.
Specific ICC Staining
This recombinant antibody works well for Immunocytochemistry. We observed specific staining patterns consistent with POSTN localization. The quality of the IgM isotype is good, and it works well with our secondary antibodies for clear visualization.
