Recombinant Anti-PPIA Eliminating Antibody, pH-Sensitive (CBP271 var.)

The anti-PPIA eliminating antibody is an engineered pH-sensitive antibody against mouse PPIA. PPIA is an enzyme regulating biological processes like signaling and inflammation. The antibody has a novel PPIA-sweeping activity in vivo, which selectively eliminatesthe soluble PPIA from plasma. Compared to conventional antibody, the mAb exerted in vivo efficacy by simultaneously engineering both pH-dependent antigen binding, to mimic the pH-dependent receptor-ligand binding of such endocytic receptors, and increased FcRn binding affinity at neutral pH, to mimic the cell-bound form of the receptors.
