Distinct Nuclear Staining
This rabbit monoclonal antibody (Clone CBACN-464) provided very distinct nuclear staining in our immunofluorescence experiments, which aligns with PRPF19's role in DNA repair and mRNA processing. We also validated it in Western Blot, where it picked up the target protein cleanly in human cell lines.
Reliable Flow Cytometry
We utilized this antibody for flow cytometry analysis of PRPF19 expression. The signal separation was excellent, and the antibody showed good cross-reactivity with mouse samples as well. The recombinant production ensures that we get the same high performance with every vial we order.
