Rabbit Anti-PTPN1 (pS378) Recombinant Antibody (clone R08-5F7)

This product is a rabbit recombinant antibody that is specific to phosphorylated PTPN1. The target of this antibody is phospho-PTPN1 (Ser378). The clone R08-5F7 can be used in WB analysis at a dilution of 1/500-1/1000 and IHC staining at a dilution of 1/50-1/100. The molecular weight of PTPN1 (pSer378) observed in WB experiments using this antibody is 50 kDa.
