This product is a rabbit recombinant antibody that is specific to phosphorylated PTS. The target of this antibody is phospho-PTS (Ser19). The clone R05-7G8 can be used in WB analysis at a dilution of 1/500-1/1000, IP analysis at a dilution of 1/20, and IHC staining at a dilution of 1/50-1/100. The molecular weight of PTS (pSer19) observed in WB experiments using this antibody is 16 kDa.
