Rabbit Anti-PYGO2 Recombinant Antibody (clone R08-6C7) (CAT#: VS3-XY3483)
This rabbit recombinant antibody specifically recognizes PYGO2 (Pygopus family PHD finger 2), which involves in signal transduction through the Wnt pathway. The antibody specifically reacts with human and mouse PYGO2. It has been tested using Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin, Immunocytochemistry or Immunofluorescence. The recommended dilutions of Western blot, Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin and Immunofluorescence is 1/500-1/1000, 1/50-1/100 and 1/50-1/200, respectively.
