Specific For Notch Pathway
We are investigating the Notch signaling pathway and needed to detect RBPJ. This rabbit monoclonal antibody (Clone JB49-34) gave a very clean band in Western Blot analysis of nuclear extracts. It is much better than the polyclonal antibodies we tried previously. Highly recommended for transcription factor research.
High Sensitivity Antibody
This antibody detected RBPJ even in samples with lower expression levels. The affinity seems excellent. We followed the recommended dilution for Western Blot, and the results were optimal. The recombinant production ensures that we can get the same clone for our future experiments.
