Rabbit Anti-RBPJ Recombinant Antibody (VS13-YC993) (CAT#: VS13-YC993)
The Rabbit Anti-RBPJ Recombinant Antibody is specific for human RBPJ. RBPJ encodes a transcriptional regulator in the Notch signaling pathway. It acts as a repressor without Notch proteins and as an activator when bound to them, recruiting chromatin remodeling complexes to pathway genes, with several isoforms and pseudogenes on chromosome 9. The anti-RBPJ antibody can be used for Western blot (1/1000-1/5000).
