Reliable REL Detection
We used this rabbit monoclonal antibody for Western Blotting and got very clean bands for the REL protein. It also worked well for immunoprecipitation. It is a robust tool for studying NF-KB subunits.
Good IHC Performance
This antibody (clone JM72-93) was effective in immunohistochemistry. We stained tissues to look at REL expression and the signal was specific. The affinity purification seems to remove non-specific binders well.
