Mouse Anti-RIPK3 Recombinant Antibody (RI1086)

The anti-RIPK3 recombinant antibody (RI1086) reacts with human RIPK3. RIPK3 is a central kinase in the Necroptosis pathway (programmed lytic cell death). Activated by RIPK1, it phosphorylates MLKL, which then forms pores in the plasma membrane. RIPK3 signaling is a critical mediator of inflammation during viral infection and tissue injury; its activity triggers the release of potent pro-inflammatory DAMPs. The anti-RIPK3 antibody (RI1086) has been tested in Immunohistochemistry (IHC).
