Mouse Anti-RNF19A Recombinant Antibody (RN1007)

The anti-RNF19A recombinant antibody (RN1007) reacts with human RNF19A. RNF19A (Dorfin) is an RBR-type E3 ubiquitin ligase that localizes to the centrosome and ubiquitinates misfolded proteins, such as mutant SOD1. RNF19A signaling is a key component of the cellular defense against protein aggregation; its activity facilitates the formation of aggresomes and the subsequent clearance of proteotoxic species in neurodegenerative diseases. The anti-RNF19A antibody (RN1007) has been tested in Immunohistochemistry (IHC).
